Challenger conducts a range of surface and underground locating for utilities. Technology and methodology may vary depending on the nature of the project, but Challenger works with each client to establish the precise location of any infrastructure that may be present on site including, buried electrical, pipelines, sewer and waste water, and telephone or fibre optic cables.

By flagging or marking this infrastructure, we’re helping our construction partners avoid the costly delays and expense from disturbing this infrastructure and also ensuring a safer construction site for all workers involved.

Underground mapping of this infrastructure also has significant benefits not just in construction, but also in operation and maintenance of these facilities.
