Challenger’s team would identify any disputed issues around property boundaries as well as any easements, rights-of-way and encumbrances. Our team would also complete a topographic survey as well as preparation of other survey collateral needed for the application. We regularly coordinate with the Land Titles Office and will also assist with registering the proposed changes.
