Challenger provides a range of support services to contractors, including construction layout. In commercial construction, we precisely measure and layout the locations of gridlines, piles, building corners, utilities, and other items to ensure construction matches the design.

Layout is just one of the many construction-related services that we offer. Our surveyors also provide topographic or site survey services, support grading and other civil work, establish & maintain survey control as well as deformation & heave monitoring.

Working with our clients, Challenger uses conventional survey techniques (GPS Rovers, Total Stations, etc.) as well as the latest technologies (3D laser scanners, drones / UAVs, etc.) along with specialized software to meet the needs of our construction clients.
