Saddlebrook Solar Farm

Project Summary

The Saddlebrook Solar & Storage Project will consist of a solar generating facility that will operate alongside a battery energy storage system. Challenger provided topographic surveys within the project area including a survey of the existing cadastral fabric. This included using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) and underground locators to properly assess existing infrastructure.

Services Delivered

• Locate and survey all visible utilities (UAV & Conventional)
• Install screw pile and establish primary survey control
• Create a Base Plan showing all topographic features tied in, including surface file and an ortho-mosaic of the project area
• Create Access Map, Crossing Plans and Setback Plan
