Project Summary

Challenger provided survey support for the design and construction of the new DRU site, rail terminal, pipe racks, and pipelines.

• Topographic and Preliminary Surveys of the area and property limits to support civil and foundation construction work
• Establish permanent site control
• Site Preparation – Crossing Plans, Land Acquisition Plans, Pipeline Construction Plans
• Stake property boundaries of work area limits
• QA/QC support and quantity checks for civil earthworks
• Grade staking and final grade as-builts
• Pile layouts for pipe rack, foundations, and structural work
• Layout, monitoring and as-builts for anchor bolts for pre-fabricated items, tank walls, pipe racks, firewater lines and ponds, and fences/gates
• Construction and final legal survey plans
