Who We Are

Challenger Geomatics Ltd. and Det’on Cho Management LP are proud to announce the formation of a new company, Det’on Cho Challenger Geomatics.

This company is majority-owned by Det’on Cho Management LP, and provides survey, mapping, and remote sensing services within the Akaitcho Territory of the Northwest Territories.

The newly formed company will also develop local capacity related to geomatics and enable broader community participation in projects from the Yellowknives Dene people. This partnership includes a commitment to provide training and employment opportunities and use local businesses whenever possible.

It is also registered in the Government of Canada’s Indigenous Business Directory and with the Government of the Northwest Territories BIP registry.

Det’on Cho Challenger delivers cost-effective, professional geomatics support services from our Yellowknife office throughout the Akaitcho Territory in the Northwest Territories.  We endeavor to collaborate with Det’on Cho Management LP and with other Det’on Cho companies to maximize economic participation of their companies and the Yellowknives Dene.
